Agra Suites

I couldn't say a single bad word about this hotel. Our host at this beautiful place, Biagio went above and beyond. It really felt like we were staying with a friend and we were actually a bit sad to leave! I have never experienced this level of care and attention at a 5 star hotel before and it really made our stay hassle-free and an absolute pleasure. Biagio arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room each day which was really convenient for us. He also gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations, made us taxi reservations and was personally contactable via WhatsApp even outside of hours. He made us feel like nothing was too much for him. The location couldn't be better and despite being right in the middle of the shopping and restaurant area, the room was completely silent! We had access to fresh air and little balconies which was lovely. We felt very safe as the hotel is gated and manned with a security guard (and a cute little cat!) The bathroom was a good size and clean with a freestanding bath. The bed was so comfortable and the room size was very generous. The Samsung smart TV was the largest and best we have encountered in any 5 star hotel we have stayed and it was easy to screen cast from our phones. After a hectic day touring the city, it was nice being able to relax and watch a movie in the evening. There is lots of hanging space in the wardrobe and generally a lot of storage and desk areas so you can keep your things neat and organised. Housekeeping staff were really friendly, thorough and efficient. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Naples.

The team is the highlight of this accommodation. Biagio and his team were very professional, super-welcoming and offered us an extra perk when they noticed it was my partner’s birthday. They were always available to respond on whatsapp despite being very busy due to the Christmas holiday season. Location is super-central, in the hearth of Chiaia, and despite being close to all shops, restaurants and bars, the room is very comfortable and quiet. We happened to be in Naples in very cold days and their heating kept the room comfortably warm day and night.

Lovely stay with excellent beds, bedding etc. the only downside is the number of steps to get up to the Hotel, especially if you have a number of suitcases. On the other hand, the concierge Biaggi was absolutely fabulous. I was confused about whether we had prepaid or not and he very patiently walked me through the process. Even more important, he booked our rail ticket on to Rome and made recommendations for the next leg of the trip that were invaluable. Viva la Italia and Agra Suites for customer service

The rooms are fresh, super modern and well renovated. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linen. The quality of the cupboards and bathroom (shower with a proper flow) are an added bonus. A host like Biagio makes the stay exceptional: he gives input to activities and provides links to book, guiding you at every step of the way. Location is behind the port which is a key feature so there’s no view; but bonus was that it was quiet and still just a few minutes away from the waterfront.

Agra Suites is situated in a beautiful palace in the charming neighborhood of Chiaia. The location is perfect for visiting the city, as you can reach quite many sites by foot. There is also a metro and funicular station nearby, if you do not feel like walking too much. Agra Suites itself is stunning - you feel like entering a world of its own. The rooms are modern and full of pretty details and very comfortable. Breakfast is served at the Caffè on the ground floor of the building and we also enjoyed it quite a lot. Biagio, the owner, and Anna are exceptional people - a special shoutout to them. Another stay at Agra Suites would definitely be a reason for us to go back to Naples which we definitely want to do. In the meantime we can only highly recommend it!
